General & Booking
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks ahead, especially for weekends and summer. For popular dates, 2–3 months is ideal. That said, always ask — we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
After your enquiry, we send a personalised quote within 4 hours. Once approved, a 30% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
Yes. One free reschedule is allowed up to 14 days before the event. Within 14 days, a small admin fee applies. We always try to be flexible — just get in touch.
We cover all of Cyprus — Nicosia, Limassol, Paphos, Famagusta and everywhere between. A travel fee applies for venues more than 30km from Larnaca. Contact us for a quote.
